Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is suing the Biden administration for failing to examine the environmental effects of its immigration policies — but state environmental groups are not supportive.

"This is a cynical lawsuit by the attorney general. Remember when candidate Joe Biden said he wouldn’t abuse the power of the President? That he would be a moderate, transitional President that would unite Americans?

Congressional candidate Joe Kent recently appeared on Big League Politics Live where he explained that border security is a pressing national security issue and why the military should have a role in keeping dangerous illegal immigrants out of the U.S.

“We’re seeing human trafficking, sex trafficking, drug trafficking, all of that come through this massive surge of immigration because we have an unsecured border. At least five Republican senators are open to a modified version of Joe Biden’s Amnesty. Axios reported Wednesday that a “bipartisan” group met to discuss “comprehensive immigration reform.” The four Republicans who attended the meeting were: John Cornyn of Texas, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Susan Collins of Maine, and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. Murkowski, Collins, and Graham are no surprise; they all voted for Amnesty in 2013. What is notable is Cornyn’s attendance. He is one of the most powerful Republicans in the Senate and he previously opposed Amnesty. Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas summed up our border crisis in a statement he released March 16: "We are on pace to encounter more individuals on the southwest border than we have in the last 20 years."

According to The Wall Street Journal, Border Patrol agents made about 75,000 arrests of migrants crossing illegally in January.
