Illegal Aliens Overwhelming Arizona Border City: Locals

The Biden administration’s lax border policies are resulting in the Arizona border city of Yuma being pushed to the brink of collapse as it deals with a massive surge in illegal immigrants, with the region’s critical food production coming under threat, a local official said.

“Policies need to be changed when you see an unprecedented amount of people coming across the border that even supersedes what we saw under any of the other presidents for the past 30 years,” Yuma County Supervisor Jonathan Lines told Fox News. “They’re coming because they said that Biden told them to come, that we have an open border.” . . . Felipe Rodriguez, a housekeeper at The Row hotel, showed Eyewitness News videos he has taken of black, contractor-sized garbage bags being tossed that are filled with sandwiches, bagels and prepared meals in to-go containers.

New York City is using the 28-story, 1,300-room hotel located on 8th Avenue at 46th Street exclusively to house migrants -- some of whom are seeking asylum. . . . Read more about Tons of food tossed daily at migrant hotel in Midtown, workers say

Biden Admin Calling on Illegal Aliens to Snitch on American Citizens in Exchange for Massive Reward

Shady is as shady does. And the Biden administration is about as shady as it gets.

On Friday, the Department of Homeland Security announced an expedited deportation “relief” process for illegal immigrants who report their employers, according to the Post Millennial.

To put it another way, illegal immigrants are to be rewarded for ratting out the American citizens who hire them. . . . Read more about Biden Admin Calling on Illegal Aliens to Snitch on American Citizens in Exchange for Massive Reward

EXCLUSIVE: 220K Migrants Apprehended in December Along SW Border

U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 220,000 migrants who crossed the southwest border in December. The number of apprehended migrants sets a record for December and is the second-largest month since the Clinton administration. This brings the total apprehensions for the first quarter of FY23 to more than 631,000.

Border Patrol agents assigned to the nine southwest border sectors apprehended well over 220,000 migrants in December, according to unofficial numbers in a Border Patrol report reviewed by Breitbart Texas. Biden Unveils Plan to Launder the Unprecedented Flow of Illegal Aliens, Charges FAIR

“After two years of denying that the situation at our southern border constitutes a humanitarian, national security, and public health crisis, President Biden has issued new ‘border enforcement measures’ and ‘additional safe and orderly processes’ for unprecedented numbers of migrants attempting to enter the United States illegally.

“Far from stanching the self-inflicted, unprecedented flow of illegal aliens, the Biden administration announced today that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will now grant parole to Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and (per the prior program) Venezuelans facing ‘unique challenges’ in their home countries. . . . IRLI Defends Florida in Catch-and-Release Suit

WASHINGTON—The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) has filed a friend-of-the-court brief in a Florida federal district court opposing the Biden administration’s latest attempt to rid itself of the state of Florida’s lawsuit challenging its policy of catching and releasing illegal aliens.

In moving for summary judgment against Florida, the administration claims it has unbounded discretion about whether to detain and deport illegal aliens, and so its policy of simply not enforcing the law cannot be reviewed by a court. In its brief, IRLI shows that, in fact, Congress very clearly and sharply limited the administration’s discretion when it mandated that illegal aliens be detained and removed from the country. . . . Biden’s Belated Border Numbers Tell a Terrifying Tale

Late on Friday October 21, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) finally released the September numbers for illegal aliens encountered at the Southwest Border: 227,547, an all-time high for any September on record. The numbers themselves make it clear why the Biden administration is so keen on keeping them out of the press and away from public view. In a functioning administration, legally mandated reporting of routine data doesn’t require coaxing or righteous vows. Unfortunately for Americans, the Biden administration’s sole function on the border seems to be allowing as many illegal aliens to cross as possible while trying to obscure that fact from the interested public. . . .
