20-year-old convicted on multiple counts in Washington Co. child sex abuse case

HILLSBORO, OR (KPTV) – A 20-year-old man has been found guilty of six counts of first-degree sodomy according to the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.

Jesus Gongora Dominguez was found guilty on April 15.

In December of 2019, the victim disclosed to a mandatory reporter that he was sexually abused by Dominguez four years prior. Hillsboro police were notified and talked with the victim and his family.

Investigators say the victim reported that the defendant had sexually abused him multiple times. He told investigators that the defendant would lure him into his bedroom with the promise of candy or video games and would sexually abuse him. He told the victim not to tell anyone about the abuse.

The Washington County District Attorney’s Office commends the victim in this case for his bravery in reporting this abuse.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 7, 2021. Dominguez will remain in custody until that time.

Lawsuit: 2,400 Illegal Alien Criminals Released under San Francisco Sheriff’s Sanctuary Policy

If you want to know the danger sanctuary policies produce, look no farther than San Francisco, where criminals are permitted to roam free.

We have sued to overturn the San Francisco Sheriff’s sanctuary policy, and our suit revealed that more than 2,400 criminal illegal aliens were released under the department’s policy on communications with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) about criminal illegal aliens in the Sheriff’s custody. (Cynthia Cerletti v. Vicki Hennessy, Sheriff (No. CGC-16-556164)). A hearing in the court challenge occurred on April 5.

We note in a recent court filing that the Sheriff’s office’s policy “is so effective in regulating immigration and obstructing Congress’ purposes under federal immigration law that, in over 2,401 known instances, it has never resulted in ICE taking into custody a single alien, not even aliens with significant criminal backgrounds wanted for removal.”. . . BP Arrests Twice as Many Criminal Aliens in Six Months than All of Last Year

As the southern border crisis worsens, the latest U.S. Border Patrol figures show the agency has arrested more than twice as many criminal migrants in the first six months of fiscal year 2021 than it did in all of 2020. The fiscal year runs from October 1 to September 30 and the overwhelmed frontline agency is getting slammed with an unprecedented influx of illegal immigrants as the Biden administration extends the welcome matt. Open border groups and their allies in the administration like to portray the migrants as impoverished victims of Latin American violence desperate for a better life in the melting pot to the north. . . Arizona Sheriff: Thanks to Biden, Mexican Smugglers Now Have Their Own High-Speed Roads in America

COMMENTARY

Roads across the southwestern United States are becoming drug-trafficking highways, according to an Arizona sheriff.

After President Joe Biden’s executive order in January halting construction of the southern border wall, workers “just built roads for the cartels,” Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels told The Washington Times.

Throughout the Trump administration, alongside the border wall itself, high-speed roads were built for use by the Border Patrol to better police America’s southern border. . .

Immigrant Mass Murder: Two Bangladeshi Teens Wipe Out Own Family In Texas Familicide

A story from Allen, TX, a northern suburb of Dallas, very much buries the lead:

The bodies of six people were found inside an Allen home early Monday morning in an apparent mass murder-suicide, Allen police say.

Officers were asked to perform a welfare check at about 1 a.m. at a home on the 1500 block of Pine Bluff Drive. When officers entered the residence, they discovered the bodies of six people.

The names and ages of the victims have not been confirmed, but police said they included a grandparent, two parents and three children.

"It looks like two teenage sons entered into an agreement that they were going to commit suicide and that they were going to take their family members with them," Allen Police Sgt. Jon Felty told KRLD-AM Monday morning.

It has not been confirmed when the deaths took place.

Felty said there is no threat to the neighborhood and that there were no problems reported at the home, KRLD reported. . .

Cartels Use Wristbands to Track Human Smuggling Over Border

McALLEN, Texas—Illegal border-crossers are coming into the United States wearing wristbands that relate to the smuggling organization or cartel that they paid to cross the river, according to new reports and confirmation by Border Patrol agents.

The wristbands have been spotted on illegal immigrants in the Rio Grande Valley in south Texas, as well as discarded on the ground beyond the river. Some illegal aliens were found wearing two different colored wristbands.

The system “basically outlines a process that the smugglers are using to know who paid, who didn’t, so that they can start moving them through—because they’ve got so many people backing up,” according to Jaeson Jones, a former captain in the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The wristbands have numbers, words, and logos on them. “We’ve seen turtles, we’ve seen devil heads and little snakes,” Jones told The Epoch Times. The Gulf Cartel (CDG) is using the word “metal” to signify a certain leader on the Mexico side, he said. . . Read more about Cartels Use Wristbands to Track Human Smuggling Over Border

Three More States Introduce Bills to Give Driver’s Licenses to Illegal Aliens

Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Idaho have introduced bills that would give driver's licenses to illegal aliens.  This legislation is dangerous because driver's licenses are useful to create an appearance of lawful presence and they serve as a virtual passport to the nation, opening many doors that would otherwise be unavailable. They are also used for countless other purposes like registering to vote and applying for government benefits, as well as for establishing bank and credit card accounts.  . . Biden Cancels Trump's Program that Targeted Sex Offenders Living in the U.S. Illegally

Biden has made it clear that his number one mission as president is to undo everything the Trump administration accomplished over the last four years.

His newest cancellation simply does not make sense.

Biden’s administration recently cancelled Operation Talon, a Trump administration program aimed at removing convicted sex offenders living in the United States illegally.

Though the program seems to be something everyone should support, it clearly isn’t. Why would anyone want sex offenders to remain in the country?

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson joined a coalition of 18 state attorneys general to urge Biden to reverse the cancellation, according to ABC 4 News. . . Read more about Biden Cancels Trump's Program that Targeted Sex Offenders Living in the U.S. Illegally
