Who's Coming Across the Biden-Harris Open Border?

Democrats are fist-pumping this week as we hit the "100 days" of President Joe Biden's administration, but here's another milestone for assessment: It's been 37 days since Vice President Kamala Harris was given the pleasure of overseeing the absolute mess created by her boss at the southern border.

How is that going?

Every other day or so, U.S. Customs and Border Protection sends out updates of the things it's encountering at the border — drugs, migrants, stash houses. I get regular notices from the Rio Grande Valley sector, where I've been to survey the scene and where more illegal border crossings occur than anywhere else. . . Arizona Sheriff: Thanks to Biden, Mexican Smugglers Now Have Their Own High-Speed Roads in America

COMMENTARY

Roads across the southwestern United States are becoming drug-trafficking highways, according to an Arizona sheriff.

After President Joe Biden’s executive order in January halting construction of the southern border wall, workers “just built roads for the cartels,” Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels told The Washington Times.

Throughout the Trump administration, alongside the border wall itself, high-speed roads were built for use by the Border Patrol to better police America’s southern border. . .

Biden Cancels Trump's Program that Targeted Sex Offenders Living in the U.S. Illegally

Biden has made it clear that his number one mission as president is to undo everything the Trump administration accomplished over the last four years.

His newest cancellation simply does not make sense.

Biden’s administration recently cancelled Operation Talon, a Trump administration program aimed at removing convicted sex offenders living in the United States illegally.

Though the program seems to be something everyone should support, it clearly isn’t. Why would anyone want sex offenders to remain in the country?

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson joined a coalition of 18 state attorneys general to urge Biden to reverse the cancellation, according to ABC 4 News. . . Read more about Biden Cancels Trump's Program that Targeted Sex Offenders Living in the U.S. Illegally

Investigation: Representative Hernandez Created Hostile Workplace For Women At State Capital

Subscribe To This Feed View AllEditor's Note: After Oregon voters overwhelmingly voted to end driver cards to illegal aliens in 2014, state representative Diego Hernandez co-sponsored the bill that re-instituted them five years later.

(Salem, OR) -- An investigation into the behavior of a state lawmaker at the Oregon State Capitol found that he created a hostile work environment for at least two women. Investigators say Democratic Representative Diego Hernandez had brief relationships with both women, but when those relationships ended, they felt that Hernandez would harm their careers as a result. The report will head to the Legislature's Committee on Conduct next week where Hernandez's fellow lawmakers will determine what happens next.

Most Wanted Illegal Alien Convicted of Sex with a Minor, Battery Freed 6 Times

There is no shortage of examples nationwide that confirm illegal immigrant sanctuary policies endanger communities and this month we have a case that should serve as the poster child. Not surprisingly, it comes out of California but even for a notorious sanctuary state it seems excessive. An illegal alien with a lengthy criminal history that includes convictions for felony sex with a minor and battery was released by San Francisco authorities six times despite his violent history that also includes a domestic violence arrest. . . An individual prisoner incarcerated in the DOC prison system costs the state approximately ($108.26) per day.

The DOC’s incarceration cost for its 957 criminal alien prison population is approximately ($103,604.82) per day, ($725,233.74) per week, and ($37,815,759.30) per year.

None of preceding cost estimates for the DOC to incarcerate the 957 criminal aliens includes the dollar amount for legal services (indigent defense), language interpreters, court costs, or victim assistance.
