Biden Giving Illegals renewable amnesty, Social Security Cards

In a "clandestine operation," thousands of immigrants who illegally cross the U.S. southern border are being given one-year renewable permits to stay in the United States as they apply for asylum, a report said.

Team Biden is also giving the illegals Social Security cards and guiding them to a privately-run bus service which transports them around the country, the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) reported.

Todd Bensman of CIS said in the report that an estimated 34,000 recent illegals have already been distributed around the country with the renewable amnesty documents. . . Read more about Biden Giving Illegals renewable amnesty, Social Security Cards

Illegal Aliens to Receive 4.38 Billion in Stimulus Checks:Report

As Americans start to receive the latest round of stimulus checks, a new analysis reveals that about $4.38 billion will also go to illegal immigrants.

The Center for Immigration Studies estimates that 2.65 million illegal immigrants have Social Security numbers that allow them to receive stimulus checks. This group of illegal immigrants can be described as “aliens temporarily present without status,” according to Steven Camarota, director of research for the Center for Immigration Studies.

“These individuals are in the country illegally and could be required to leave. Yet, under the current system, they are still given work authorization and Social Security numbers,” he said. .  Read more about Illegal Aliens to Receive 4.38 Billion in Stimulus Checks:Report

Cartels Use Wristbands to Track Human Smuggling Over Border

McALLEN, Texas—Illegal border-crossers are coming into the United States wearing wristbands that relate to the smuggling organization or cartel that they paid to cross the river, according to new reports and confirmation by Border Patrol agents.

The wristbands have been spotted on illegal immigrants in the Rio Grande Valley in south Texas, as well as discarded on the ground beyond the river. Some illegal aliens were found wearing two different colored wristbands.

The system “basically outlines a process that the smugglers are using to know who paid, who didn’t, so that they can start moving them through—because they’ve got so many people backing up,” according to Jaeson Jones, a former captain in the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The wristbands have numbers, words, and logos on them. “We’ve seen turtles, we’ve seen devil heads and little snakes,” Jones told The Epoch Times. The Gulf Cartel (CDG) is using the word “metal” to signify a certain leader on the Mexico side, he said. . . Read more about Cartels Use Wristbands to Track Human Smuggling Over Border

Cross: Anniversary of trooper's death a reminder of risks to law enforcement

Little more than 28 years ago, Oregon State Police Trooper Bret R. Clodfelter, 34, on September 30, 1992, stopped a car occupied by three intoxicated men near Klamath Falls. One of them was Francisco Manzo-Hernandez. Trooper Clodfelter arrested the driver of the car for DUII.

OSP Trooper Clodfelter, wanting to prevent Francisco Manzo-Hernandez or the other man from driving drunk, volunteered to drive the men home. The OSP Trooper frisked the two men before placing them in the back of his patrol car.

Tragically, Trooper Clodfelter missed a .38 caliber handgun Francisco Manzo-Hernandez had hidden on his person. Francisco Manzo-Hernandez shot Trooper Clodfelter twice in the back of the head. . . Read more about Cross: Anniversary of trooper's death a reminder of risks to law enforcement

Biden Immigration Outline

President Biden has proposed amnesty for more than 11 million illegal aliens, a massive expansion of legal immigration, and the dismantling of enforcement if yet to be released legislation is anything like an outline provided by the new Administration hours before Biden was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States.

To be clear, NumbersUSA has yet to see legislative text of the Biden proposal. But if the coming legislation is anything like the outline released by the new Administration earlier today, this is not a serious attempt to reform our nation's immigration laws, and instead is a wish-list for the open borders lobby.

Here are some of the highlights of the plan: . . . Read more about Biden Immigration Outline

Biden to reverse Trump Travel Ban, Halt Wall, Strengthen DACA in Slew of Immigration Orders

President Biden on Wednesday will issue a slew of executive orders related to immigration, reversing some of the most controversial of former President Donald Trump’s immigration policies -- a sign of Biden’s early focus on immigration in his first days in office.

Biden will sign an order putting an end to what he describes as "the Muslim ban" -- which refers to the travel bans placed on predominantly Muslim and African countries due to national security concerns. . . ICE Removes Convicted Murderer to Guatemala

PORTLAND, Ore. – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers removed a Guatemalan national Thursday, who was convicted of a 1985 murder in Oregon.

On Dec. 13, 1985, the Portland Police Bureau arrested Luis Lopez Carrasco, 56, for murder and other local charges.

Lopez-Carrasco was previously removed in 1984 after an immigration judge issued him a final order of removal. He illegally re-entered the U.S. and in May 1985 was convicted in Texas for aggravated robbery and sentenced to 10 years’ confinement with the Texas Department of Corrections. It was while he was serving this sentence that Texas authorities facilitated his extradition to Oregon to face additional charges in Multnomah County, Oregon. . . Mexican Ambassador: Let's Restart Mass Migration into U.S.

The United States should reopen itself to migration, amnesties, refugee inflows, asylum seekers, and more temporary contract workers, Mexico’s ambassador to the United States said Tuesday.

The U.S. immigration system “has to be based on facts and realities,” Ambassador Martha Bárcena Coqui told a forum arranged by the National Immigration Forum (NIF). She continued: ‘The facts and realities is the need to protect the most vulnerable, the need to keep open the generosity towards refugees, the need to recognize the complementarity of labor markets and demographic profiles, the need for temporary workers in the United States.”. .
