Since he took office nearly two months ago, Joe Biden has failed to address the public regarding any of the issues facing our country, most specifically the crisis at the border.

“I’m not going to confirm numbers from here,” Psaki said during the White House press briefing. “Obviously, the Department of Homeland Security and others are overseeing the programs and engagements that...

Arizona and Montana Take Legal Action Against Biden Admin ICE Arrest Regulations
the Epoch Times

Arizona and Montana are taking legal action (pdf) to block new Biden administration immigration regulations, saying that these would cause negative consequences for the states.

The new rules would limit the capability of ICE to detain some illegal immigrants unless they pose a threat to national security, entered through the border after Nov. 1, or committed aggravated felonies.

The Biden administration says that the rules don’t impair arresting or deporting people, but the officers in the field would need to request permission from their superiors to arrest people...

The U.S.-Mexico border remains officially closed to non-essential traffic. But that’s not stopping asylum seekers from pushing on and, in some cases, bringing COVID-19 with them.

In the face of federal and state efforts to contain COVID, migrants crossing into Texas are testing positive for the virus, and continuing their travels into the U.S. While the Biden administration says it is handling the surging numbers, a Democrat congressman sees deteriorating conditions in his border district.

“[The administration is] only listening to the immigration activists, and they’re...

After President Joe Biden’s executive order in January halting construction of the southern border wall, workers “just built roads for the cartels,” Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels told The Washington Times.

Throughout the Trump administration, alongside the border wall itself, high-speed roads were built for use by the Border Patrol to better police America’s southern border. . .
