Swanton Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended more migrants so far this fiscal year than the previous four years combined. During the first seven months of the fiscal year, agents apprehended more than 3,000 migrants.
In the face of an unprecedented wave of illegal migration unleashed by the Biden administration, the Florida Legislature is poised to enact legislation aimed at deterring migrants from taking up residence in the Sunshine State.
