Woodburn police have completed the arrest of three people, the latest on Monday, in connection with an attack and a robbery of a pedestrian back on Oct. 13.

Luis Alfredo Diaz-Arteaga, 23, was arrested on Monday, although he was already in federal custody on unrelated charges. He will face a charge of second-degree robbery.

The others involved were Jose Marcos Rodriguez-Nava, 26, and Monica Salazar-Hernandez, 29, who were arrested last week. They were being held in the Marion County jail on charges of second-degree robbery and theft, and also were on a federal immigration hold. Their next appearance in Marion County Circuit Court was scheduled Friday.

Rodriguez-Nava and Diaz-Arteaga were accused of taking the victim’s wallet, cash and cell phone in the Oct. 13 incident.
