A federal grand jury in Eugene on Thursday indicted a man for allegedly running a drug-trafficking organization based in Eugene that brought drugs into Oregon from Mexico for years.
Victor Diaz-Ramirez, 30, who was residing in Mexico, was charged in federal court with one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Oregon on Thursday afternoon.
