Congressman Rivera to Introduce STARS Act Into Congress

Amnesty legislation is back! They have changed the name from Dream Amnesty to STARS Amnesty. S.T.A.R.S stands for Studying Towards Adjusted Residency Status! The bill translates into illegal aliens replacing American students in college at taxpayer expense to gain amnesty and voting rights to prevent future immigration or border enforcement.

The name change makeover is probably because of two reasons. One, we have defeated Dream Amnesty in Washington six times in the past few years and two, we are on course to help the great folks on the ground in Maryland defeat the in-state tuition for illegal aliens component of Dream Amnesty in a referendum this November!

The architects of this invasion of America know that the name "Dream Act" has become toxic and are re-branding.

Please use this weekend to warn fellow Americans that the supporters fully plan to pass this legislation before Election Day!

Please remember that we were able to disrupt SC Republican Senator Lindsay Graham's plan to pass Amnesty before the 2010 elections and in December of 2010 it was a full court press strategy that stopped the Dream Act Amnesty from passing in the final hours of the lame duck session.

We will need everyone to launch a full fledged attack defense against this new STARS Amnesty threat on Monday.
