OFIR's President has returned from a week long intensive study of the Arizona/Mexico border. Meeting with experts from Border Patrol, National Parks, DEQ, Fish and Wildlife, the Tohono O'odham Indian Nation and law enforcement officers from several agencies all along the border, Cynthia has gained a great deal of insight into the issues on the border.
